Our corporate structure

Discover was co-founded in 1981 by Doug Rhymes & Joyce Jeffers, with Doug serving as its Chairman & CEO for 22 years. In 2003, the business was sold to long-time employee, Jenny Adams, its current CEO. Discover’s global headquarters is located in Scottsdale, Arizona, with a supporting regional centre located in London.
